30ml Quality Dark Rum - we like Flor De Cana 12 year old
90ml Cloudy Pear Lo-Cal Soda
Large Block of Ice
Smoked Pear Tipple Topper
Instructions

This unbelievably complex concoction, is reassuringly rather easy to construct - first, pop the Ice in the base off the glass (because where else would it go).

Then the shot of Rum.

Top with Pear soda and Garnish with your smoky pear Tipple Topper.
