Gordon's Cup
If any person or persons named Gordon attempt to lay claim to his cup, tell him to get lost, because this drink belongs to you. Lime and Jalapeño soda adds a zesty little kick to this refreshing gin based classic.
Ingredients
60ml Melbourne Gin Company Dry Gin
Top with Lime and Jalapeño Lo-Cal Soda
20ml Sugar syrup
Fresh lime wedge
Cucumber wheels
Pinch of salt
Ice
Instructions
(1)
Add lime and cucumber slices into your chosen vessel (any kind of short or highball glass will do) & gently muddle the crap out of them to release the precious juices inside
(2)
Add the gin & top with Lime and Jalapeño Lo-Cal Soda
(3)
Add plenty of ice and then drink it (with your mouth preferably)
