Sake Highball
Yuzu - the popular Japanese hybrid citrus taking the culinary world by storm partnered with Sake so Japanese we can't decipher one word written on the label (we think it says 'very good sake?')
Ingredients
30ml Honjozo Sake
10ml Lemon Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
Top with Yuzu Lo-Cal Soda
Instructions

Locate a highball glass & add plenty of ice (this is usually found in the freezer)

Add sake, lemon juice, and sugar syrup
(3)
Top with the well balanced Yuzu Lo-Cal Soda

Find some friends and proceed to not share this drink, it's too good for them.
